Kripalu Yoga is a conscious practice of physical Yoga postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques for integrating body, mind and spirit. Have fun as you explore yoga postures that fit your body and meet your needs as you stretch and tone muscles, release tension and improve balance. Learn breathing techniques that will calm restless thoughts, improve concentration, and support mental clarity and confidence. Each class ends with relaxation and meditation to integrate your practice on and off your mat. With Kripalu Yoga instructor, Ann Butzler (RYT200).
Tuesdays, 5:30-6:30 pm. $10 drop in / $63 for entire session
