Hatha yoga uses asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques) for the maintenance of physical and mental health as well as a unique system to create wellness and healing. It is a powerful tool for self-transformation. Stress, tension, wrong diet and unhealthy habits are the main culprits behind disease and premature aging. This is a class for everybody whose bodies are stiff with stress and tension and are willing to improve their health. The postures are simple yet extremely beneficial to improve digestion, circulation, respiration, immune system, endocrine system, muscular and nervous systems and more.
