Facility Rental

Creative 360, located at 1517 Bayliss Street, is in a building designed by Midland architect Alden B. Dow. The building architecture, atmosphere and art-filled rooms offer a remarkable and colorful environment for you and your guests to enjoy almost any event. The building is smoke free and completely accessible. Choose from two distinctly different spaces to meet your needs.

The Gallery can accommodate up to 150 people. It is ideal for business meetings, luncheons, seminars, celebrations, concerts and has witnessed more than a few weddings. You and your guests will be surrounded by a beautiful art exhibition to enjoy along with your event. Voted Greatest Art Gallery in the Great Lakes Bay by readers of Great Lakes Bay Regional Lifestyle magazine, this room is also conducive to meals and/or refreshments that you bring in or have catered. There is a small kitchen (no stove) available from the gallery. In the colder months your guests may want to warm themselves by the gas fireplace. The gallery has a stage and you may also rent audiovisual equipment. The Movement Room features two walls of mirrors, a low-impact dance floor, padded seating and can accommodate up to 30 people. The room is perfect for dance clubs and classes, fitness programs, recitals and rehearsals. It is the only room where food and drink are not permitted, but they may be served just outside in the art room.

Our movement room offers a low-impact flexible floor and mirrors.

Rental rates cover the cost of the room, event set up/tear down, wifi and on-site assistance during your event.
$75 for the first hour, $35 for each additional hour ($75 per hour for each hour past midnight).
Holiday rentals are assessed an additional $75 fee.

Linens: Bring your own or rent ours. Our available linens include red & white checked/plaid tablecloths or white tablecloths that cover the table tops. We supply the table coverings for two rectangular tables near the kitchen. Linen rental is $30 for the first 10 tablecloths / $50 for more than 10

Audio visual equipment: A screen, projector, Lavalier microphone, wireless mic, sound system and laptops are also available to rent.

Non-Profit organizations are offered special membership rates. A $200 yearly non-profit membership entitles your group up to 12 free room privileges during regular business hours (9:00 am to 4:30 pm) weekdays, when room is available, during the membership year. Rental rates for weekends and weekdays before 9:00 am and after 4:30 pm are an additional $12 per hour.

Clean up policy: Unless previously arranged, renters are responsible for room clean-up and garbage disposal using your own cleaning supplies and trash bags.  We assess a $50 cleaning deposit at the time of booking, which will be handed back to you at the end of your rental if the room is cleaned according to our policy. You may also arrange for us to do the clean up at the time of booking. View our remaining rental policies and procedures.
