Our building, designed by Midland architect Alden B. Dow, offers a unique atmosphere for your guests.

The rooms are filled with art and offer a remarkable and colorful ambiance for your business meeting, conference, celebration or reception. The building is smoke free and completely accessible.

The Creative 360 Gallery can accommodate up to 190 people. This room is ideal for large business meetings, luncheons, seminars and celebrations.

You may provide your own food and refreshments or select the caterer of your choice to suit your food service needs.

The Movement Studio features two walls of mirror, padded seating and accommodates up to 30 people. It is ideal for recitals, monthly dance clubs, rehearsals, yoga and tai ji groups.

The art rooms are palettes of gorgeous color that ignite and inspire creative ideas.

They are perfect places for conferences, break-out sessions, children’s birthday parties, Scout meetings, art outings for home-schoolers or gatherings of adults who meet to share arts and craft skills.

Rates

Regular Rentals:

$75 for the 1st hour, $40 each additional hour until midnight whereas the price goes up to $75 per hour.

An additional $75 will be assessed for holiday rentals.

A-V equipment available for rental:  laptop, microphones (wireless, lavaliere, wired), LCD projector, large screen

Linen rental - red & white checkered or white table cloths. The cloths cover the tops of the tables only.
$30 for the first 10 tablecloths
$50 for more than 10 tablecloths

Permittee must leave the facility in original condition upon departure. Creative 360 will provide clean up service for an additional $100 if desired.

Non-Profit Rentals:

$175 yearly non-profit membership entitles your group to free room privileges during regular business hours from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, depending on room availability. A non-profit group is entitled to 12 such free room privileges during the membership year. Rental rates for weekends and weekdays before 9 am and after 5 pm are an additional $15.00 per hour.

Birthday Parties

It’s Time to Party!

Creative 360 invites you and your child to celebrate their next birthday at our fun, imaginative and stimulating facility! Each party includes a t-shirt for the birthday child and a one-hour art and movement experience created with your child’s interests in mind. Additional time for celebration, presents, refreshments and birthday supplies will also be provided.

Birthday parties must be scheduled at least three weeks in advance of desired date. Please call Colleen Reed at Creative 360 for more information!

Refreshments and party supplies are not included in the birthday party package.

Facility/Activity Fee:
$100 for first 5-8 guests.
Additional $10 for each extra guest.
Minimum Number of Guests: 5
Minimum Age of Guests: 3 years

Policies And Procedures

Food And Beverage
All food and beverages must be provided by, or catered by, the client and will be solely their responsibility. Creative 360’s professional staff is well prepared to assist you with names of area caterers.

Smoke-Free Environment
Creative 360 offers you a smoke free environment. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor smoking areas.

Parking
Creative 360 has a 60-space, paved parking area adjacent to the building with three handicap parking spots and accessible entry.
