Creative 360, located at 1517 Bayliss Street, is in a building designed by Midland architect Alden B. Dow. The building architecture, atmosphere and art-filled rooms offer a remarkable and colorful environment for you and your guests to enjoy. The building is smoke free and completely accessible. Our gallery can accommodate up to 150 people. You may provide your own food and refreshments or select the caterer of your choice to suit your food service needs. There is a small kitchen (no stove) available directly from the gallery, and you have access to a full-service kitchen in our lower level. There is a stage and you may also rent audiovisual equipment. Work with Creative 360 staff and this gallery blueprint to plan your event set-up which is included as part of your rental.
This room accommodates up to 30 people. It features two walls of mirrors, a low-impact dance floor, and padded seating. The room is perfect for dance clubs and classes, fitness programs, recitals and rehearsals. It is the only room where food and drink are not permitted, but they may be served just outside in the art room.
Rental fees cover the cost of the room, event set up and tear down, WiFi and on-site assistance during your event and are as follows:
$80 for the first hour; $40 for each additional hour
$80 per hour for each hour past midnight
$35 per hour for the Movement Room
A non-refundable deposit (1/3 the rental total) is due at booking, along with a $75 refundable cleaning deposit
$100 cleaning fee is required if you arrange to have Creative 360 clean up after your rental.
A $200 yearly non-profit membership entitles your group to 12 free rental during the membership year during regular business hours from 9:00 am – 4:30 pm (depending on room availability). Rental rates for weekdays before 9:00 am and after 4:30 pm are an additional $15.00 per hour.
Clean Up Policy
Renters are responsible for clean-up and garbage disposal using their own cleaning supplies and trash bags. The $75 cleaning deposit paid at the time of booking will be returned if you clean up according to our policy. You may alternatively pay $100 at time of booking if you would like us to do the clean-up. See our policies and procedures brochure for more information.
Tablecloths include your choice of white, navy blue, or red and white checked at a cost of $30 for the first ten or $50 for more than ten. (Leave tablecloths on tables at the end of your rental).
