Rental Policies & Procedures

Deposit / Payment

Creative 360 requires a non-refundable deposit of 1/3 the rental fee and a $75 cleaning deposit at the time of rental in order to hold your event date.  The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days prior to your event. When renting, please keep in mind that your rental starts with set-up and ends when you walk out the door. We may have other groups scheduled before or after your event so it is important that we adhere to the times agreed upon. Notify us as soon as possible if you anticipate a schedule change and we will make every effort to accommodate you. See the Facility Rental page for more information on renting.

Note: In the event that any amount due to Creative 360, its agents or employees must be collected through an attorney, the all costs of collection (including attorney fees) shall be paid by the renter. A late fee of 3$ per month will be imposed upon all amounts after each thirty (30) day period.

Food & Beverage

Food, beverages and supporting tableware are the sole responsibility of the renter. You may bring in your own food, or have it catered.

Table or free-standing decorations are allowed. Affixing anything to the walls, floors, columns or ceilings in any room is allowed with permission only.

Attendance capacities of Creative 360 facilities as set forth on the appropriate facilities addenda are not to be exceeded.

Ticket distribution is not to exceed seating capacity.

Substitutions of programs or attractions without the specific written authorization of Creative 360 management are prohibited and may result in cancellation of this permit without penalty to Creative 360.

The permittee agrees not to assign, transfer, convey, sublet or otherwise dispose of the permit or its right, title or interest therein, to any other person, company or corporation, and any such attempt to assign a permit will not be reassigned without the previous consent in writing of Creative 360 management.

This permit does not authorize the permittee to furnish, sell, or serve liquid refreshments or food in any part of the building except as specifically authorized the Creative 360 management.

Should the premises, or any part thereof, be destroyed or injured by fire or the elements, mob, riot, war of civil commotion, or any part of the premises be interfered with by strikes, utility shortages, or other causes, prior to or during the time for which the use of said premises is granted, Creative 360 may, in the exercise of its discretion, terminate the permit and permittee hereby expressively waives any claim for damage or compensation should the permit be so terminated.

Permittee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless and defend Creative 360, its officers, members or employees from and against any and all claims, demands, or suits that may be made or brought against them or any of them with respect to the performance or content of any material performed or distributed during the event(s) included in the permit or in conjunction with an event(s).
